Particleboard, commonly known as particle board, is made primarily from various branches, small-diameter wood, fast-growing wood, and sawdust. These raw materials undergo a specialized cutting process, resulting in chips of specific specifications. These chips are then dried, mixed with adhesives, hardeners, and waterproofing agents, and bonded together using heat and pressure. It's worth noting that despite being called particle board, particleboard differs significantly from solid wood particle board. While the processing of solid wood particle board is similar to particleboard, its quality far surpasses that of particleboard. Consequently, particleboard has gained widespread popularity due to its affordable price. In interior decoration, particleboard is often used as a veneer substrate, cabinet panels, flooring, and stair treads, making it a highly sought-after decorative panel.
