During this process, the wood is finely chipped and crushed to produce particles of a specified size. These particles are then mixed with adhesive and pressed in a hot press under high temperature and pressure, ultimately forming particleboard with uniform density and precise dimensions.
Particleboard's internal structure is based on a large number of wood particle particles, which are cross-laminated to form a stable overall framework. This structure not only enhances the particleboard's stability but also provides it with a certain degree of resistance to compression and impact. To further enhance the appearance and decorative effect of particleboard, it is often veneered. Available veneer materials include melamine-impregnated paper and PVC veneer, which significantly enhance the particleboard's wear resistance, scratch resistance, and water resistance. They also offer a variety of colors and textures to meet diverse decorative needs.
